Orders.
Which size should I order?
We want to advise to always go a size up when you're in between the normal sizing. For example, when wearing a size 41,5 go for a size 42.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don't need an account to place an order but it makes everything easier. Your account information, order history and email preferences are in one place.
Can I change or cancel my order?
This is only possible if we have not yet shipped your order. You can cancel your order via My Gentleberg account, for changes you can contact our WhatsApp Customer Support via +31 6 25213952.
Payment.
What are the payment methods Gentleberg accepts?
We accept PayPal for all countries. In addition, we offer various local payment methods in many countries. You can also pay by creditcard; we accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Is your payment method not listed? Contact our WhatsApp Customer Support via +31 6 25213952.
Delivery.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Gentleberg's estimated delivery time vary by country. We aim to deliver orders within the Netherlands within 1 working day. All other countries vary from 2 to 10 working days worldwide. All orders will be shipped from the Netherlands.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
We offer free shipping & returns on orders above €129. The shipping costs for orders below €129 vary per country and will be calculated during checkout.
Can I change my delivery address?
We can change your delivery address if the parcel has not been dispatched yet. Contact our WhatsApp Customer Support via +31 6 25213952 and we check if we are still on time.
How can I track my order?
Your order will be delivered through professional courier services as DHL or PostNL. After we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive an automated email stating a track & trace number so you can easily follow the whereabouts of your parcel.
Return, exchanges and refunds.
How do I return an item?
Have you not chosen the right shoe size or are you not satisfied with your purchase? You can return the unused items free of charge within 14 days of receipt. The settlement of your return takes place within 14 days. To prepare us for your return shipment, we ask you to report your return shipment via our return portal. Fill in your postal code and the order number or the track & trace number, ad return your order in a few steps. Exchanging your order is not possible. If you prefer a different article or size, please place a new order online.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return order has arrived and has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that your refund will be processed within 14 working days.
How much does it cost to return my order?
You can return the unused items free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
Vegan materials
What kind of materials are used for Gentleberg's?
We use the highest quality, soft and breathable microfibers which are also water-resistant. Our shoes are made out of vegan, PU leathers which benefits the animal welfare. The bedrock of Gentleberg.
What about the outsoles?
The outsoles of our Casual Friday Sneakers are made from recycled rubber. It’s ecological, up to 70% recycled, 100% recyclable and vegan.
Product Care Advice
We use the highest quality, soft and breathable microfibers which are also water-resistant. Besides; these microfibers are made out of vegan, PVC-free materials. Keep your shoes in optimal condition by using a good set of shoe trees. Don't start using shoe trees too late, it will help retain the original shape. Buy shoe care online via Gentleberg.com Don’t use any shoe creams. Just wipe down with some warm water with a mild soap solution. And freshen-up your shoes every now and then with our plant-based wax dubbin. For the best results apply with a polish brush and buff with a microfiber cloth.
