Have you not chosen the right shoe size or are you not satisfied with your purchase? You can return the unused items free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
To prepare us for your return shipment, we ask you to report your return shipment via our return portal. Fill in your postal code and the order number or the track & trace number, and return your order in a few steps.
The settlement of your return takes place within 14 days.
Exchanging your order is not possible. If you prefer a different article or size, please place a new order online.
